Terms & Conditions

All tickets are non-refundable once booked. You are booking a transport ticket only. Your ticket includes coach transport to and from Wembley Stadium. Entrance to the match is not included in the ticket price. You do not need to hold a match ticket to travel on the coach, but we will not refund coach tickets if you subsequently fail to obtain a match ticket.

You are entering into a contract with Flagfinders (CTB) Limited, a fully authorised and licenced operator of passenger transport services (PSV operator licence number PF0001353). The coaches will be operated by Central Connect Transport Limited (PSV operator licence PF2006130), part of Transport Made Simple.

Flagfinders (CTB) Limited cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred due to delays or disruption whilst travelling, howsoever caused, including but not limited to vehicle breakdowns, staff shortages, consequential losses or any disruption to your plans at the final destination.

Flagfinders (CTB) Limited, and its authorised agents (including coach drivers) retain the authority to remove any passenger from the vehicle at any time to safeguard other passengers and other road users.

Passengers are strictly prohibited from bringing their own alcohol onto any coaches at any time whilst travelling to and from designated sporting events.

Due to the last-minute organisation of these coaches, requests to change seats or coaches cannot be accommodated.

Where can I park?

You're responsible for finding your own car parking, and for paying any car park charges if you choose to park at a railway station or motorway service area. If you need any further information, please email events@central-connect.co.uk.

Operator & contact

Bookings and payment are taken by Flagfinders (CTB) Limited and processed securely by Stripe. Your contract is with Flagfinders (CTB) Limited, Roswald House, Oak Drive, Diss, IP22 4GX. PSV operator licence PF0001353.

Coaches will be operated by Central Connect Transport Limited (PSV operator licence PF2006130), part of Transport Made Simple.
